Current Delivery Options are: 🌸 Local delivery (within 25km of Gleneagle) can be arranged on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss this option 🌸 No Contact Pick Up - please adhere to Local COVID Guidelines and re-schedule if you are feeling unwell. 🌸 Postage currently available throughout Australia & to New Zealand! We are happy to arrange postage outside these areas, send us through a message and we can work something out. *Please check the Australia Post Website for current shipping times* Please be aware that choosing the Express Post option does not put your order at the front of the queue, normal processing times will still apply it will only expedite the shipping time. We will do our best to get the item to you as quickly as possible however once the item is with Australia Post shipping times are out of our hands.

Payment Info

All items must be prepaid. Orders will not be started (including design process) until payment has been taken. Current Methods of Payment Accepted are: 🌸 Stripe (Credit Card Transactions) 🌸 Cash/Bank Transfer

Turnaround Times

Current Turnaround times are as follows: 🌸 Ready to Ship Items 72 Hours 🌸 Custom Epoxy Tumblers 2-3 weeks 🌸 All other items allow 7 business days *Please advise if your request is urgent BEFORE placing your order*

Returns

Once items have been received. Please advise of any major faults to the item within 24 hours. Any major faults reported outside this timeframe will considered on a case by case basis. As most items are custom made, we cannot accept any "Change of Mind Returns"
